Fomulation
We begin with a discovery call to understand your brand identity, target market, ingredient preferences, and product vision. Our Seoul-based partner then conducts in-person factory meetings and ingredient sourcing on your behalf, acting as your bilingual advocate throughout formulation discussions. Custom formulations, base formulations, and OEM options are all available. We send you samples and integrate feedback, and repeat.

Once your formulation is approved, we source the physical packaging called component packaging- bottles, tubes, jars, pumps, droppers, airless packaging, and more. Then the outer box called the packaging, is determined. We leverage existing manufacturer relationships in Seoul and Incheon to find components that match your aesthetic, budget, and MOQ. All vendor communication is handled in Korean.

Compliance
Cosmetics sold in the US, Canada, and EU require specific regulatory compliance — INCI labeling, safety assessments, country-of-origin documentation, and import declarations. We coordinate compliance documentation on your behalf, working with our partner labs and regulatory consultants. Our bilingual capability ensures Korean factory documentation is accurately translated and formatted for North American regulators.

We work with ASTA STUDIO design team to produce print-ready artwork for labels, boxes, inserts, and outer packaging — all formatted to Korean print factory specifications. We also work to integrate updates from Compliance.

First Order & Fulfillment
With formulation approved, packaging finalized, and compliance cleared,
we place your first production run. We manage factory PO issuance, production timeline tracking, quality control inspection (conducted
in-person by our Seoul partner), and freight forwarding to your chosen warehouse or fulfillment center.

Re-Order
Once your first order is complete and your product is live, re-orders are streamlined. Your formulation, packaging specs, and compliance documents are on file. We manage repeat production with a reduced overhead — you simply confirm quantities and we handle the rest.
